Motivation

Although  most  countries  have  the  right  conditions  for  renewable
energy  generation,  businesses  have  had  limited  opportunities  to
benefit  from  clean  energy.  Central  to  this  shift  is  the  utilization  of
Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), which have historically played
an important role in promoting renewable energy and managing the
transition from regulated to competitive electricity markets.
