Abstract 

 

 

The technology and automated systems is now a common thing in our society. It's a fact 

that  computers  can  complete  various  tasks,  faster  and  better  that  a  human  who  would  need 
much time in order to complete them. Despite the technological development, the number of 
the non-automated systems, in jobs that would be wise to had one, remains high. 

 

The  goal  of  this  project  is  the  automation  of  a  property  management  system  of  an 

organization. The system has been developed in a way so it can provide much freedom to the 
user and also an easy to operate system so the user can complete his tasks easily. The system's 
qualities are the following: 



 

Adding/Editing/Deleting items in the database. 



 

Capability of changing the item's database. 



 

Printing QR labels for easy and fast access to the item's information. 



 

Capability of lending an item to a third person. 



 

Capability of managing users and groups.
